The Maximus Construction Engineering and Building Company is a structural unit of the ENSO Build construction group which belongs to ENSO Group, multiple-discipline national holding company. More detailed information you can get in hte "Holding" chapter.


Companies, which belong to Holding company are incorporated into three groups: ENSO Build, ENSO Trade и ENSO Production.



Except The Maximus Construction Company ENSO Build group that provides building, reconstruction and designing services includes such company as The Maximus Construction – Khmelnitskiy.



Manufacturing group ENSO Production is represented by the following enterprises: 


  1. Obukhov ventilation plant: 


        - production of ventilation systems for mass building, industry objects and power sphere; 
        - production of raster lamp for suspended ceilings; 
        - production of zink profiles and component parts for gypsum systems, zink profiles for plastic
          windows and doors, roofing systems and wall strip. 


  2. Alyumplast:


        - production of plastic and aluminium constructions; 
        - production of any kinds of louvers and protective shutters (production facilities are situated in
          Kiev, Lvov and Khmelnitsky). 


  3. Cemlain - the plant of ferroconcrete materials and constructions: 


        - production of concrete; 
        - production of ferroconcrete items; 
        - production of walkway slab; 
        - production of sand-cement tile; 
        - industrial packaging of bulk solids. 


  4. Kiev Door Systems plant - room doors production plant: 


        - veneered doors;
        - laminated doors;
        - stained doors.



The last group, Trade, realizes wholesale and retail selling of construction materials and equipment on specialized outlets. Trading group ENSO Trade is an official distributor of 40 foreign and 50 national leading manufacturers. Our partners are producers of such trade marks as ARMSTRONG, AMF, CHICAGO METALLIC, KRONOFLOORING, KRONOSPAN, KNAUF, RIGIPS, LAFARGE, VETONIT, CERESIT, THOMSIT, METILAN /HENKEL/, SEMIN, DECEUNINCK, VENTA, URSA, ISOVER, ROCKWOOL, PUFAS, VOSSLOH SCHWABE, DUFA, SNIEZKA, etc.

This trading course is divided into 2 subgroups - Building Solutions and Spetsstroy: 


  1. Building Solutions is represented by the distributional network of specialized warehouses on 
      building materials selling: 


        - Kiev: Alliancebud, Prestigebud, Elitbud, Asandy;
        - Region: Domobud (Khmelnitsky), SV-Center (Kamyanets-Podol’skiy), Comfortbud (Lvov, Stebnik),
          Stroyservice (Odessa), Budekspo (Kharkov), Investstroy (Donetsk).



Today Building Solutions trading network offers more than 25000 names of finishing building materials and systems, which allow to organize complex provision of construction objects.



  2. Spetsstroy is a number of trading companies, which have their own specialized assortment of 
      building materials: 


        - Decom (Kiev) is a representative of several European, Turkish and national manufacturers in
          windows systems sphere. 
        - Yuliya (Belaya Tserkov) specializes in distribution of civil and erection materials in Kiev region.
